My availability is flexible and can be tailored to fit your schedule. I work with each client to find a time that best suits the session and the look we want to create, with golden hour often being ideal for the most flattering natural light. If you have a preferred day or time, I’ll do my best to accommodate it and help plan a session that works well for you.

BradyCrew Photography is based in Belleville, IL, and serves the surrounding Metro East area. I’m happy to work with clients within about 30 miles of home, and travel arrangements can be made for locations farther away.

Yes, I do accept reservations to help secure your place on my calendar. For the best experience, I typically finalize specific session dates about one to two months in advance, once we can better account for weather and family schedules. If you’re interested in booking with BradyCrew Photography, I’d be happy to get you started and plan a session that fits your vision.

For sessions with BradyCrew Photography, I accept cash, check, and credit card payments due on the day of your session. Deposits are not currently required.

Yes, I’m happy to offer phone consultations to discuss your vision, location, wardrobe, planning, and any other details for your session. Just let me know a time that works well for you, and we can connect.

Yes. If weather or conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable to photograph, we’ll work with you to reschedule. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can find another date. For other cancellations, a rebooking fee may apply.
